how many are expected to run the 100K solo race? don’t worry, i’ll be there to cheer you! being a hardcore means that you’ll be able to finish the race with flying colors. good luck

hey luis, good luck on your 50k.you are only a 50k virgin once so take time to smell the roses.enjoy the run.just remember,you have 9 hours and that is more than enough.do battle with your mind.you can do it.put 1 foot forward then the other and take it all the way to the finish line.thank you and good luck to the takbo peeps running on sunday!
